Psychotherapy can help you make sense of complicated feelings, gain insight into relational patterns, and move forward in areas of your life where you feel stuck. My goal is to help you untangle struggles, set meaningful goals, revise unhelpful narratives about yourself, and reorient toward your values. I am deeply interested in getting to know the whole of you—your past experiences, present concerns, and hopes for the future.
My integrative approach draws from psychodynamic, multicultural, relational, and behavioral frameworks. Above all, I value the therapeutic relationship as a foundation for meaningful growth and change.
I provide individual and partners therapy in both spoken English and American Sign Language (ASL). I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals and partners, as well as those who identify as LGBTQ+ and/or Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
I am trained in several evidence-based approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy (IBCT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
In addition to psychotherapy, I provide comprehensive psychological assessments, including evaluations for autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), as well as gender-affirming evaluations for medical procedures.
